Iben-el-Bimbo, a turkish/Seljuk historian, that the  Armenians of the beautiful city of Halal,  transferred the residents to the city of Sis in 809.  According to this historian 50 Armenian chiefs moved from the city of Sasun in 900.
according to this historian, sultan Keykaous of the city of Cesares,  on one occasion promised Leon by oath and in writing "never to attack any Armenian forts again". And a provision to send 12,000 measures of wheat to Armenians in Armenia.
